Beyond Coping: Build a Life That’s Sustainable and True to You - with Seoka Salstrom, PhD

Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted?

You’ve gotten good at powering through—holding it together, showing up for everyone, managing all the moving parts.

Be the first to learn more

On the outside, it looks like you’re doing fine. But on the inside, you might feel:

  • Drained and emotionally stretched thin

  • Disconnected from yourself and what you really want

  • Unsure how to make changes that actually last

  • Stuck in “coping mode” instead of fully living

If this resonates, this program is for you.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll join a small group of like-minded individuals in a live, interactive coaching experience designed to help you move beyond constant coping into a way of living that feels sustainable, aligned, and deeply meaningful.

This is not therapy—it’s coaching grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach to living with clarity, presence, and purpose. You’ll receive tools, guidance, and accountability to create real change, while also having space for reflection and connection.

A Note From Seoka Salstrom, PhD

"I’ve seen how easy it is to live life in overdrive—constantly coping, rarely pausing. This group is about slowing down enough to notice what matters, making small but powerful shifts, and building a way of living that doesn’t burn you out. You don’t have to do it alone."
