A Few Helpful Notes
Please do not bring high heels, wedges, or shoes unsuitable for walking on gravel.
Small appliances with heating elements, like hair dryers and curling irons, use different currents in the U.S. and France, so please leave them at home. Blow dryers will be provided.
Pack light; your suitcase should be something you can comfortably carry up a flight of stairs, as our accommodation does not have elevators.
If you experience motion sickness, it is recommended to bring your usual remedy. Although most trips are brief, this may help ensure comfort during travel.
There is a washer and dryer in the retreat house.
If you have additional questions, please email contact@atharaadventures.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you so that you are comfortable with the items you’re bringing.
