All retreat activities are optional, allowing you to honor your own pace and needs.

8:00 AM – Gentle Wake-Up & Mindful Movement

  • Optional breathwork, stretching, or forest walk

  • Focused on grounding the body and nervous system

9:00 AM – Nourishing Group Breakfast

  • Locally sourced, seasonal food

  • Time for slow, mindful eating and informal connection

10:00 AM – Guided ACT Session (Thematic Workshop)

  • Includes experiential exercises, values clarification, and group dialogue

  • Breaks are integrated throughout

1:00 PM – Leisurely Lunch & Personal Time

  • Enjoy fresh, regional cuisine

  • Time to rest, walk, nap, or journal

2:30 PM – Optional Activities

  • Nature and movement

This schedule will be adjusted based on the retreat phase and weather (e.g., more rest early in the week, deeper workshops mid-week, integration and community celebration toward the end).
